It was determined tb~t the ma=ter <br /> ~would not be set for public hearing by the City Council, and. the denial stands. <br /> <br /> ,ZONING CASE V-46-823 - T. RUTHERFORD - 3090 LARAMIE ROAD - SET FOR ~JBLIC HEARING <br /> ~A communication was presented from the Board of Zoning AdJustment advising that, on <br /> ~October 18, 1982, the Board, by a vote of 5 ayes to 0 noes, denied the request of <br /> sT. Rutherford, Zoning Case V-46-823, for a minor variance to legalize an existing open <br /> ~accessory structure (trellis) which encroaches approximately five feet into the re- <br /> quired five-foot setback on property situated southeasterly of the intersection of <br /> Durango and Laramie Roads, located at 3090 Laramie Road, in Zone R-l-80. It was <br /> determined that the matter would be set for public hearing by the City Council on <br /> December 7, 1982, at 1:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> ZONING CASE C-23-g12 - CITY OF RIVERSIDE - JANET GOESKE CENTER - 5257 SIERRA AVENUE <br /> A coamun~ca~on was presented from the Clty Planning Comz~88ion advising that, on <br /> June 3, 1982, the Coa=mission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to <br /> conditions the proposed conditional use permit of the City of Riverside, Zoning Case <br /> C-23-812, to establish, operate and maintain a senior citizens and handicapped center, <br /> the Janet Goeske Center, located at 5257 Sierra Avenue, situated on the northeast <br /> corner of Streeter and Sierra Avenues, in Zone R-1-65. The City Council has previously <br /> determined that this project would not h~ve a significant adverse effect on the envi- <br /> ronment under Case EPC-50-790. It was determined that the City Council would not set <br /> the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION <br /> <br /> ~CASE EPC-12-823 - PROPOSED EXTENSION OF FIFTEENTH STREET <br /> ~A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising <br /> ~that, on October 27, 1982, the Con~a~ssion considered the proposed extension of <br /> <br />68-159 <br /> <br /> <br />
