All Ayes <br /> <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION <br /> <br /> CASE EPC-24-823 - PROPOSED GRADING PLAN - 2141 SKYE DRIVE <br />A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising <br />~that, on February 9, 1983, the Commission, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes and 1 absten- <br />tion, determined that the proposed grading plan for a single-family residence at <br />12141Skye Drive (Lot 6 of recorded Tract 7757-1), located southerly of Hawarden Drive <br />'in Zone R-1-125, would not have a significant adverse environmental effect, subject to <br />~cer~ain mitigation measures, Case EPC-24-823. The Com~Lssion's finding was upheld by <br />'the <br />~ City Council. <br /> <br />iPLANNING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />ITIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-61-767 <br />~A communication was presented from A. Ruberr Webb, Albert A. Webb Associates, <br />~requesting a one-year time extension to April 12, 1984, in which to complete the <br />~ o d~t~ons of approval under Zoning Case R-61-767, being approximately 19.4 acres of <br />~ and situated between Pierce and Buchanan Street~ southerly of Collett Avenue (ex- <br />itended). Petition for a zone change was granted on April 12, 1977, and thi~ is the <br />. ~fch request for a time extension. The time extension wa8 granted to April 12, 1984, <br />,as requested. <br /> <br />~TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-38-767 <br />iA communication was presented from G. F. Brewton. President, GFB-McCutchan, Inc., <br />,requesting a one-year time extension to March 1, 1984, in which to complete the condi- <br />,tions of approval under Zoning Case R-38-767, being approxi~mtely 13.5 acres of land <br />situated easterly of the intersection of Magnolia Avenue az~d Monroe Street, located in <br />ethe 8600 block of Magnolia Avenue and the 3600 block of Monroe Street. Petition for a <br />zone change was granted on December 7, 1976; on March 25, 1980, the City Council <br />granted a time extension to March 1, 1982, to conform to the expiration of the sewer <br />moratorium; and this is the third request for a time extension. The time extension <br />was granted to March 1, 1984, as requested. <br /> <br /> TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-72-767 <br /> A communication was presented from G. F. Brewton, President, GFB-McCutchan, Inc., <br /> requesting a one-year time extension to March 1, 1984, in which to complete the condi- <br /> tions of approval under Zoning Case R-72-767, being approximately two acres of land <br /> situated on the southeasterly side of Magnolia Avenue about 600 feet northeasterly of <br /> Monroe Street, located at 8612 and 8614 Magnolia Avenue. Petition for a zone change <br />ewas <br />, granted on April 19, 1977; on March 25, 1980, the City Council granted a time <br />~extension to March 1, 1982, to conform to the expiration of the sewer moratorium; and <br />'thi <br />, s is the third request for a time extension.
