Motion :X: <br /> Second <br /> All Ayes <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL AT 3:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT TO RIVERSIDE ~NICIPAL CODE - CASE AMD-8-a23 - DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR <br /> MOBILE HOME PARKS <br /> 3:00 P.M.--Hearing was called on the proposed amendment of Section 19.10.020(15) of <br /> the Riverside Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) concerning various development stand- <br /> ards for mobile home parks, Case AMD-g-823. As heretofore directed by the City Council,; <br /> the minutes of the City Planning Com~nission and the Environmental Protection Commission <br /> pertaining to this case are on file and are a part of the evidence submitted at this <br /> :hearing, whether or not any portion thereof is read or discussed. The communication <br /> :from the City Planning Conanission stated that the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to <br /> :0 noes, approved the amendment as presented and quoted in full in the Commission <br /> :minutes pertaining to this matter. The communication from the Environmental Protection <br /> Commission advised that the Commission, by a vote of S ayea to 0 noes, determined that <br /> the amendment would not have a significant adverse environmental effect. The Planning <br /> Director presented departmental recommendations and answered questions from the City <br /> Council. No one was presenE wishing to speak on the matter. No written proEests were <br /> ~presented. The hearing was officially closed. It was determined that the proposed <br /> Code amendment would not have a significant adverse environmental effect, and the <br /> ;staff report and the environmental assessment were adopted as findings. The ~unicipal Motion ~X' ' <br /> Code amendment was approved as presented, and the City Attorney was requested to Second ' <br /> ,prepare the appropriate ordinance for introduction. OF ALESSANDRO - REZONING - ORDINANCE <br /> ~INTRODUCED <br /> ~3:00 P.M.--Hearing was called on the proposal of the City of Riverside, Zoning Case ! <br /> ~R-26-823, to place the approximately 13.5 acres of undeveloped land situated southwest- <br /> ierly of Trafalgar Avenue westerly of Alessandro Boulevard in Zones R-i-80 and RC and , <br /> ,remove the same from Zones R-l-80, R-l-130 and RC. As heretofore directed by the City <br /> ,Councx1, the minutes of the City Planning Commission pertaining to this case are on <br /> ~file and are a part of the evidence submitted at this hearing, whether or not any <br /> portion thereof is read or discussed. The communication from the City Planning Commis- <br /> ~sion stated that the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, approved Zones R-l-80, <br /> ,RC and WC, subject to the following conditions: (1) There sh~ll be a two-year time <br /> ~limit in which to satisfy the following conditions and finalize this action. If the <br /> ~zoning is not adopted within two years of the date of introduction of the ordinance, <br /> 'the action taken on this petition shall be void. A time extension of not more than <br /> "one year may be requested of the City Council by letter. Such time extension request <br /> ~must be received by the City Clerk thirty days prior to the end of the two-year limit; <br /> 'and (2) The following rezoning shall be approved: (a) Tract 9419--Lots 1 and 2: <br /> ~Zones R-l-130, RC and WC to Zones R-I-80 and WC; (b) Tract 9419-1--Lot 9: Zone R-l-80 <br /> 'to Zone R-i-80 (Proposition R correction); (c) Tract 9419-2--Lots 1 through 5: Zone <br /> ~R-1-80 to Zone R-l-80 (Proposition R correction); (d) Tract 9419-3--Lot 1: Zones RC <br /> 'and WC to Zones R-l-80 and WC; Lot 2: Zones R-l-130 and RC to Zone R-l-80; Lots 3 and <br /> ~4: Zones R-l-130, WC and RC to Zones WC and RC; Lot 5: Zones R-l-130 and RC to <br /> ~Zone RC; Lots 9 through 14, 16 and 17: Zones R-l-130 and RC to Zone R-l-80; Lots 18 <br /> ~through 20: Zone R-I-130 to Zone R-l-80; and Lot 15: Zone RC to Zone RC (Proposition R~ <br /> :confirmation).
