All Ayes <br /> <br />~CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> ZONING CASE C-27-667 (REVISED) - CALIFORNIA BAPTIST COLLEGE - 8432 MAGNOLIA AVENUE <br />~A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission a~vising that, on <br />~January 20, 1983, the Commission, by a vote of 8 aye~ to 0 noes, approved subject to <br />~conditions the request of the California Baptist College, Zoning Case C-27-667 (Re- <br />~vised), for a revised conditional use permit to locate a commercial coach adjacent to <br />~the gym, to be utilized by the college for academic purposes, located on college <br />~property at 8432 Magnolia Avenue, approximately 1,700 feet southeasterly of Magnolia <br />~Avenue, in Zone R-1-65; and determined that the proposal would not have a significant <br />~adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City Council would not set <br />~the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />]ZONING CASE C-22-701 (REVISED) - RIVERSIDE CITY COLLEGE - SELY. CORNER CRIDGE AND <br />~OLIVEWOOD <br />~A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />~January 20, 1983, the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to <br />~conditions the request of Riverside City College, Zoning Case C-22-701 (Revised), for <br />~a revised conditional use permit to establish and maintain a surface parking lot on <br />~approximately 3/4 acre of vacant land located on the southeasterly corner of Cridge <br />~Street and Olivewood Avenue in Zone R-1-65; and determined that the proposal would not <br />~have a significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City <br />,Council would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />,ZONING CASE C-19-823 - CAI~ DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION - JACKSON N'w'LY. OF AUDREY <br /> A conmunication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br /> January 20, 1983, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 1 no, approved subject <br /> conditions the request of Calmark Development Corporation, Zoning Case C-19-823, for a <br /> conditional use permit to establish a 145-unit senior citizen apartment project con- <br /> sisting of 108 one-bedroom and 38 two-bedroom units, off-street parking and recrea=ion <br /> building on approximately four acres of vacant land located in the 4700 block of <br /> Jackson Street, situated on the southwesterly side of Jackson Street northwesterly of <br /> Audrey Street, in Zones R-3-30 and R-1-65; and determined that the proposal would not <br /> have a ~tgnificant adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City <br /> Council would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> TRACT 8716-2 APPROVAL - NELY. CORNER LINCOLN AND GIBSON <br />~The Faithful Performance Bond of Ayres Riverside, as principal, and The American <br />~Insurance Company, as surety, in the amount of $68,400; together with the Labor and <br />~Materialmen Bond, executed by the principal and surety as listed above, in the amount <br />~of $34,200; together with their Agreement guaranteeing the completion of streets, <br />~curbs, gutters and all other improvements described on the Final Map of Tract 8716-2, <br />~located on the northeasterly corner of Lincoln Avenue and Gibson Street, were approved <br />land accepted. <br /> 68-287 <br /> <br /> <br />
