<br /> ZONING CASE C-22-701 (REVISED) - RIVERSIDE CITY COLLEGE - BETWEEN BROCKTON AND MAGNOLIA

<br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br />;January 6, 1983, the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to
<br />~conditions the request of Riverside City College, Zoning Case C-22-701 (Revised), for
<br />'a revised conditional use permit to establish, operate and maintain a sports complex
<br />'on approximately 11 acres of vacant land consisting of baseball diamonds, related off-
<br />~street parking and landscaping, on property situated between Brockton and Magnolia
<br />~Avenues northerly of Terracina Drive and Rice Road, in Zone O; and determined that the
<br />~proposal would not have a significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined
<br />~that the City Council would not set the matter for public hearing.

<br />,A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on

<br />,condi ns the request of Parkview Conm~unity Hospital, Zoning Case C-60-590 (Revised),

<br />~for a revised conditional use permit to locate a commercial coach to be utilized by
<br />~the hospital housekeeping department on hospital property situated on the westerly
<br />~side of Wheeler Street northerly of Miller Street, located at 3865 Jackson Street, in
<br />;Zone R-i-65; and determined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse
<br />~environmental effect. It was determined that the City Council would not set the
<br />~matter for public hearing.

<br />~A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br />~January 6, 1983, the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to
<br />~condltions the request of ~. ~lores, DVM, Zoning Case C-1~-823. ~or a con~Itlonal use
<br />~permit to establish, operate and maintain a veterinary hospital on property situated
<br />on the northwesterly side of Magnolia Avenue northeasterly of Polk Street, located at
<br />10685 Magnolia Avenue, in Zones C-2-D; and determined that the proposal would not have
<br />a significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City Council
<br />would not set the matter for public hearing.

<br /> A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on

<br /> January 6, 1983, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 2 noes, approved subject to
<br />conditions the request of W. Stewart, etal., Zoning Case C-16-701 (Revised), for a
<br />'revised conditional use permit to establish a 7-11 convenience food store in the
<br />~commercial building on property developed with an established self-serve gasoline
<br />.station and commercial building situated on the northwesterly corner of Central and ,
<br />Brockton Avenues, located at 6575 Brockton Avenue, in Zone C-3; and determined that .
<br />;the proposal would not have a significant adverse environmental effect. It was
<br />;determined that the City Council would not set the matter for public hearing.
