<br /> a= the reco~endation of the Public Wor~ Director who advised =he City C~ncil that
<br /> both property o~ers involved were considering constructing the sid~al~ theMelves.

<br /> ~cels) within a 17-acre, 13-parcel proposed industrial development (one building under
<br /> ~construction) siteted on the westerly side of ~icago Avenue between Linden and ~ird

<br /> ,sentdrive. ~e Planning Director advised the City Co~cil that the applicant has Motion
<br /> ~decided ~o withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, ~he City Co~cil granted the request to Second ~X

<br /> Zoning Case R-22-823, to place the approximtely .20 acre of land developed ~th a
<br /> single-family residence (to be rmoved), proposed for a residential condomini~ devel-
<br /> opment, situated on the southwesterly side of Monroe Street, being at 3658 Monroe
<br /> Street, in Zone R-3 and r~ove the same from ~ne R-1-65. ~ heretofore directed by
<br /> the City Council, the minutes of the City Pla~ing C~ission per=ain~g to this case
<br /> are on file and are a part of the evidence submitted at this hearing, whether or not
<br /> any portion thereof is read or discussed. ~e comunication from the City Planning
<br /> Co~ission stated t~t the Co~ission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved Zones
<br /> R-3-S-2 subject to the following conditions: (1) ~ere shall be a two-year time li~t
<br /> in which to satisfy the following conditions and finalize this action. If the zoning
<br /> Is not adopted within two years of the date of introduction of the ordinance, the
<br /> action taken on this petition s~ll be void. A t~e extension of not more than one
<br /> ~year may be requested of the City Council by letter. Such time extension request must
<br /> 'be
