The City Council upheld the Conmdssion's <br />[recomendations, and authorized the staff to forward these findings to the Riverside <br />County Board of Supervisors for their consideration. <br />{CASE GP-5-845 - COUNTY OF RivZ~SIDE - SOUTH~STERLY CORNER LINDEN AND CRANFORD <br />~A communication was presented from the City Planning Comission advising that, on <br />}July 19, 1984, the Commission (1) determined that the proposed County of Riverside <br />|Hedical Clinic and parking facilities at the southwesterly comer of Linden Street <br />Zand Cranford Avenue is consistent with the City's General Plan; (2) reco~nended that <br />Zthe County submit landscaping and irrigation plans for the future off-street parking <br />~lot to the City Design Review Board for review and approval; (3) strongly encouraSed <br />{the County to work with the Riverside Transit Agency to provide more direct bus <br />~service to the property concurrent with the opening of the medical clinic; and <br />~(4) forwarded these findings and recowaendations to the City Council for its review <br />~and, in turn, to the County Board of Supervisors for their consideration.
