<br />~of E. L. Yeager Company, requesting a one-year t~me extension from February 7, 1984,
<br />~in which to complete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case R-98-767 (Revised),
<br />~relatlng to property situated on the northeasterly corner of Central and Chicago
<br />~Avenues. Petition for a zone change was granted on February 7, 1978, and this is the
<br />:fifth request for a time extension. The time extension was granted to February 7,

<br />:Zoning Case R-64-801, being the approximately 2.6 acres of vacant land situated on the
<br />:north est side of Magnolia Avenue southwesterly of Monroe Street, located in the
<br />:8700 block of Magnolia Avenue. Petition for a zone change was granted on June 23,
<br />1981, and this is the first request for a time extension. The time extension was
<br />:granted to June 23, 1984.
