Place of Meeting: Library Auditorium, 3581 Seventh Street WARDS Roll Call: Present BUDGET DISCUSSION In the absence of Mayor Brown and Mayor Pro Tempore Peterson, Councilman Renck called the meeting to order; and the City Council continued its consideration of the Proposed Budget for the City of Riverside for the Fiscal Year 1985-86. Councilman Digati entered during the following discussion. FINANCE DEPARTMENT The Finance Director presented the proposed budget of the Finance Department, and answered questions from the City Council. Following discussion, the City Council tentatively approved the Finance Department budget, as presented on pages 61 through 96 of the Program Budget. ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT The Assistant City Manager/Administrative Services Director presented the proposed budget of the Administrative Services Department, and discussed activities of the department. Following discussion, tentative approval was given the budget of the Administrative Services Department, as presented on pages 19 through 60 of the Program Budget.
