', Council~n Peterson entered during the following discussion. P~ING DEPAR~NT ', ~e Planning Director presented the proposed budget of the Planning Department and reviewed the activities of the Department. Following discussion, the City Council Motion 'X' ~tent~tively approved the Planning Department budget, as presented on pages 97 through Second '121 of the Program Budget. All Ayes *~ or s Y Bro~ excused h~self at this t~e, and ~yor Pro T~pore Peterson ~esu~d the ~Chair and presided. ~FI~ DEP~NT ~e Fire Department proposed budget was presented by the Fire Chief. Following ~tion ',X', ~discussion, tentative approval was given the Fire Department budget, as presented on Second ~X ~pages 197 through 221 of the Program Budget. ~1 Ayes )AI~ORT DEP~T s~e Airport Director presented the proposed Airport Department budget, and answered ~questions from the City Council. Following discussion, the City ~uncil gave tentative Motion ,,X' ~approval to the Airport Dep~rt~nt budget, as presented on pages 373 through 380 of the Second X', ~Pro~m Budget.
