A specific plan is a document designed to implement the goals and policies of the General <br />Plan. Each specific plan explains the vision for future land use development in the plan area with a <br />detailed land use plan for the orderly development and improvement of a specific area in the City. Although a concept exhibit <br />exists which shows the approximate division of the larger property, a Parcel Map has not been prepared <br />to subdivide the parcels. The RPU portions (approximately 61 acres) of the former Riverside Golf <br />Course are held as assets of the Public Utilities Water Fund. Presently the 125 -acre former Riverside <br />
