The Chair recognized the presence in the audience of Paul McNeill representing the Riverside Chamber of Cowwnerce and Don Pulsifer representing the ArlingCou Chamber of Commerce. PRESENTATION ~Mayor Brown inC=oduced Hans Weber, Chairman of the Eriecry Commission, who presented |an oral repor= on eriecry awards received this pas~ year by ~Cicy Enerry Services Division, the Public Utilities Department, and the Enerry Commis- }sion. The Hayor also presented a ProclamaCion Co the Energy Commission and City ~sCaff in appreciaCion for receivinS these awards; as well as Valuable and DisCin~uishe~ ~Service Awards Co the Eriecry Commission, the Energy Services Division staff, and 'f rmer Energy Services Manager Judie Cassie. }C0NSENT CALENDAR =The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate Co iChose items listed on the Consen= Calendar and as submitted Co the City Council for }consideration, with the exception of the reports on City employee training programs =and the Santa And Bikeway, both of which were removed =o the Discussion Calendar; and Motion ~X~ }with Councilman Peterson requesting his vote be shown as "Not Voting" on Zoning Case Second ~X~ }V-85-8~5 because of a possible conflict of interest.
