<br />representing the Magnolia Center Chamber of Commerce and a representative of ~he
<br />Riverside Downtown Association.

<br />revised conditional use permit co establish an 18-square-foot, 6-foot-high free-
<br />standing sign in addition co an existing previously-approved 91-square-foot,
