All Ayes <br /> <br />CITY PLANNING COMHISSION <br /> <br />ZONING CASE C-11-856 - LeNA LINDAUNIVERSITY - 11498 PIERCE <br />A co~mnunication was presented from the City Plannin~ Commission advlsin~ that, on <br />November 7, 1985, the Comaission, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject <br />conditions the request of Loma Linda University, Zonin8 Case C-11-856, for a condi- <br />tional use permit to establish a commercial antenna on approximately ten acres of~ <br />land at 11498 Pierce Street, developed ~ith a shoppin~ center and offices, situated <br />on the southeasterly side of Pierce Street northeasterly of Sierra Vista Avenue, in~ <br />Zone CL. It was determined that the City Council would not set the matter for pub-~ <br />lic hearing. <br /> <br />CASE VAC-7-856 - PROPOSED CLOSURE OF EUCALYPTUS AT INTERSTATE 215 <br />A co--,unication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on~ <br />December 19, 1985, the Conmission, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes, appr0ved subject, <br />to conditions the proposed closure of Eucalypcue Avenue at Interstate 215, Case <br />VAC-7-856. The Public Works Department was requested to furnish the necessary legal <br />description required in connection with the proposed vacation, and the City Attorney <br />was authorized to prepare the appropriate resolution for City Council consideration <br />to set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS AND ZONING ADJUSTMENT <br /> <br />ZONING CASE V-86-856 - ROYAL CITRUS COMPANY - 2995 ELEVENTH <br />A communication was presented from the Board of Administrative Appeals and Zoning <br />Adjustment advising that, on December 16, 1985, the Board, by a vote of 7 ayes to <br />0 noes and 1 abstention, approved subject to conditions the request of Royal Citrus <br />Company, Zoning Case V-86-856, for the following variances to construct an indus- <br />trial building at 2995 Eleventh Street, situated at the east comer of Eleventh; <br />Street and Howard Avenue, in Zone M-l, proposed Zone M-2: (A) to encroach up <br />20 feet into the required 20-foot landscaped street side yard sethack; and (B) <br />encroach up to 10 feet into the required 20-foot landscaped front yard setback; and~ <br />determined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse effect on the en-: <br />vironment.
