<br /> k communication was presented from the City Planning Comuttsston advising that, on Febru-
<br /> ary 19, 1987, the C~isston, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi-
<br /> tions the request of A. Arger~s~ Zoning Case C-13-756 (Revised), for · revised cond~-
<br /> tional use perm/t to expand an existing day care center b~ adding an approximate17
<br /> 1,200-square-foot classroom to provide extended day care for approximately 30 children
<br /> in addition Co the day care use for approximately 65 children presently operating on
<br /> proximately .6 acre of land at 220 Big Springs Road, situate~ on the southeasterly coT-
<br /> net of ~4atkins Dr~ve and Big Springs Road, in Zone R-3; and deterre/ned that the proposal

<br /> to establish a mobile coach as a temporary office during construction of an office build-i
<br /> ing on approximately two acres of land at 6892 Dool~ttle Avenue, developed with ~ndue-s
<br /> trial buildings, outdoot storage and ~nc~dental parking, s~tueted on the westerly side i
<br /> of Dooltttle Avenue southerly of ~ts intersection with Van Burst Boulevard~ in Zone
<br /> and determined that the proposal would not have a sirntficant adverse effect on the envi-i
<br /> roometC. It was determined that the C~ty Council would not set the matter for public
<br /> hearing.

<br /> subject to conditions the request of Hunter Partners, Ltd., Zoning Case MP-10-867, for *.
<br /> an industrial plot plan cons~sting of 1~ industrial buildings and inc~dental parking on:
<br /> approximately 5~ acres of land developed ~rlth citrus and vacant land, situated on the:
