CORNER PALMYRITA AND NORTHGATE <br /> A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on Febru- <br /> ary 19, 1987, the Co-~aission, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes and 1 abstention, approved; <br /> subject to conditions the request of Hunter Partners, Ltd., Zoning Case MP-10-867, for *. <br /> an industrial plot plan cons~sting of 1~ industrial buildings and inc~dental parking on: <br /> approximately 5~ acres of land developed ~rlth citrus and vacant land, situated on the: <br /> northeasterly corner of Palmyrita Avenue and Northgate Street, in Zones MP and X4C; and** <br /> deter~nined that the proposal would not have a s~gn~ficant adverse effect on the environ-*~ <br /> ment.
