CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br /> 1 <br /> AIRCRAFT STORAGE HANGAR RENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> 2 <br /> RIVERSIDE AIRPORT <br /> 3 (Brown Hangar#24) <br /> 4 The CITY OF RIVERSIDE, (hereinafter "City") hereby rents to JAMES J. O'BRIEN III <br /> 5 (hereinafter "Tenant") whose address is 12191 TURTON LANE MORENO VALLEY CA <br /> 6 92557 , a Hangar located at the Riverside Airport known as BROWN HANGAR #24 <br /> 7 (hereinafter"the Hangar") upon the following terms and conditions. <br /> 8 1. PURPOSE: The Aircraft which may be stored by Tenant in the Hangar is described as <br /> 9 follows: Year 1956 Make AERONCA Model 7EC Registration N4369C , <br /> 10 (hereinafter "the Aircraft"). The Hangar shall be used only for storage of the aircraft, personal <br /> 11 property, equipment and supplies for minimum owner maintenance of the Aircraft, except that <br /> 12 parking of motor vehicles is permitted in accordance with Riverside Municipal Code and/or at <br /> 13 such time as the Hangar is not occupied by the Aircraft. Tenant is prohibited from using the <br /> 14 Hangar as a residential unit, or any use other than that specified in this Agreement. Uses not <br /> 15 permitted by this Agreement constitute a breach of contract and Tenant is subject to immediate <br /> 16 eviction. The use of combustible chemicals, welding or repairs to the aircraft fuel system in or <br /> 17 adjacent to the Hangar is strictly prohibited, and any other use shall conform to the Riverside <br /> 18 Municipal Code, Airport Rules and Regulations and all other applicable codes. <br /> 19 In the event Tenant sells, transfers ownership or otherwise replaces the above-described <br /> 20 aircraft, Tenant shall be responsible for completing and filing Notice of <br /> 21 Sale/Transfer/Replacement (Exhibit "A" — Addendum to Aircraft Storage Hangar Rental <br /> 22 Agreement—Riverside Airport) with the Airport Manager within ten (10) days. <br /> 23 2. TERM: The term of this Agreement shall be on a month-to-month basis commencing <br /> 24 AUGUST 12, 2016. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days notice to <br /> 25 the other, or as provided in paragraph 16. <br /> 26 3. RENT: In consideration for this Agreement, Tenant shall pay to City the monthly rate <br /> 27 as set by the City Council of City.
