Ted White, City Planner, announced that the applicant has <br />requested continuance of this case and staff is requesting the <br />continuance to September 8, 2016. Craig Johnston, owner, stated he <br />was in agreement with the continuance to September 8, 2016. There <br />Motion <br />X <br />were no comments from the audience. There was no public <br />comment with regard to the continuance. The Planning Commission <br />Motion <br />X <br />continued Planning Case P16 -0161 to the meeting of August 11, 2016. <br />Second <br />X <br />All Ayes <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />PLANNING CASES P16 -0183 and P16 -0343 — Conditional Use Permit <br />and Variance — 6359 Magnolia Avenue <br />Proposal by Kathy and Dewitt Vercher III to consider a Conditional Use <br />Permit (CUP) and Variance to establish a 2,725 square -foot custom <br />motorcycle specialty shop with retail sales of accessories with fewer <br />parking spaces than allowed by Code. Ted White, City Planner, stated <br />that the Streamline Riverside has gone into effect July 7 and as a result, <br />this will be the first CUP that the Planning Commission has final approval <br />authority over.
