All Ayes <br /> <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />ZONING CASE C-43-878 - CITY OF RIVERSIDE, ET AL. - 7850 TRAUTw'EIN <br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advisin~ the~, on <br />March 17, 1988, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi- <br />tions the proposal of the City of Riverside, et el., Zoning Case C-43-878, for a condi- <br />gional use permit to esgablish =he Orangecrest Substation (electrical) on approximately <br />2.7 vacant acres of land at 7850 Trautwain Road, situated on =he easterly side of Traut- <br />wein Road approximately one mile southerly of Alessandro Boulevard, in Zone MP. I= was <br />determined that the City Council would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION <br /> <br />ZONING CASE C-43-878 - CITY 0F RIVERSIDE - 7850 TRAUTWEIN <br />A coxmnunica=ion was presented from ~he Environmental Pro=ec~ion Commission advisin~ <br />that, on April 13, 1988, the C~ission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, determined that <br />the proposal by =he City of Riverside for a conditional use permit to establish the <br />OranSecrest Electrical Substation on approximately 2.7 vacant acres of land <br />7850 Trautwein Road, situated on the easterly side of Trautwein Road approximately one <br />mile southerly of Alessandro Boulevard, in Zone M~, will no= have a significant effect <br />on the enviroranent, Zoning Case C-43-878. The Commission's finding was upheld by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />CASE EPC-56-878 - PROPOSED GRADING PLAN - TRACT 22633 - VALLEY (EXT.) ELY. OF <br />A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising <br />that, on April 13, 1988, the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, determined that <br />the proposed gradirk~ plan for Tract 22633, the proposed subdivisxon of approximately <br />4.5 acres of land into four residential lots, ~enerally situated on the southerly side <br />of Valley Drive (extended) easterly of Mitchell Avenue, could have a significant effect <br />on the environment, but will not in this case if certain mitigating measures are re- <br />quired as part of the conditions of approval, Case EPC-56-878.
