Staff requested further <br />continuance to July 28, 2016. There were no comments from the <br />Motion <br />X <br />audience. Following discussion the Planning Commission continued <br />Second <br />X <br />Planning Case P15 -0947 to the meeting of July 28, 2016. <br />All Ayes <br />PLANNING CASES P15 -0983 and P15 -0984 — Conditional Use Permit <br />and Design Review - 515 Alessandro Boulevard <br />Proposal by Mark Rubin of Regional Properties, Inc. to consider a <br />Conditional Use Permit and Design Review for the construction of a <br />10,000 square foot child day care center ( "The Learning Experience ") and <br />15,000 square foot secured outdoor play area, on approximately 1.42 <br />acres. Candice Assadzadeh, Assistant Planner, presented the staff <br />report. Mark Rubin, Regional Properties, addressed the Commission and <br />stated they were in agreement with the conditions. There were no <br />Motion <br />X <br />comments from the audience. Following discussion the Planning <br />Second <br />X <br />Commission recommended that the City Council: 1) Determine that <br />Ayes <br />Planning Cases P15 -0983 and P15 -0984 is exempt from California <br />Noes <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15303 <br />(New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) and Section 15332 <br />(In -Fill Development Projects); and 2) Approve Planning Cases P15 -0983 <br />and P15 -0984 based on the findings outlined in the staff report and <br />subject to the recommended conditions. <br />Approved - Planning Commission Minutes —June 16, 2016 Page 1 of 2 <br />
