The heari~ had been continued from November 25, 1986, when the C~ty Council Utility Services/Land Use/Energy Development Committee ~s requested to meet ~th interested property o~ers, inspect the structures ~ncluded In the proposed Dis- trict, and pTesen~ its recommendations to the C~ty Council.
