<br />TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-101-845
<br />A communication was presented from James M. Kinreel, Thompson-Kimmel Land Company, re-
<br />questing a one-year extension of time in which to complete the conditions of approval un-
<br />der Zoning Case R-101-845, relatin8 to the approximately 4.04 acres of land located at
<br />1068 Clark Street, situated on the easterly side of Clark Street approximately 650 feet
<br />northerly of Columbia Avenue. Petition for a zone chan8e from Zone R-1-65 to Zone
<br />R-3-30 was granted on November 12, 1985; and this is the second request for a time exten-
<br />sion. This case has been active less than five years and is eligible for a one-year
<br />time extension without a public hearing. The time extension was granted to November 12,
<br />1989.
