<br />The Chair recognized the presence in the audience of Shelby Worley representing the
<br />Arlington Chamber of Commerce and a representative of the University-Canyon Crest Cham-
<br />ber of Commerce.

<br />CONSENT CALENDAR
<br />The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate to
<br />those items listed on the Consent Calemdar and as submitted to the City Council for con-
<br />sideration; with the exception of the reports regarding the Tyler Mall Expansion/
<br />Renovation Draft Environmental Impact Report, the Street Maintenance Agreement for the
<br />Indiana Avenue realignment, and Design Review Board procedure pertaining to residential
<br />lots in Zone RC, all of which were removed to the Discussion Calendar; and with Mayor
<br />Brown requesting his vote be shown as "Aye" on the appointment to the Community Rela-
<br />tions Commission and the reappointments and appointments for the October 1st Board and
<br />Coumxission vacancies.

<br />PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
<br />
<br />COMPLETION - AIRPORT-INDUSTRIAL STORM DRAIN; DRIVEWAY REPLACEMENT AT 6726 DOOLITTLE; AND
<br />JURUPA/PAYTON STORM DRAIN
<br />In consideration of the recommendation from the Public Works Department, the work of con-
<br />structing the Airport-Industrial Storm Drain, the driveway replacement at 6;26 Doolittle
<br />Avenue and the Jurupa/Payton Storm Drain, located southerly on Payton Avenue to Jurupa
<br />Avenue, westerly to Acorn Street, southerly to and across Van Buren Boulevard, westerly
<br />on Morris Street, across Doolittle Avenue and into the Anza Storm Channel, by Kershaw
<br />Construction Co., was accepted as completed; and execution of the Notice of Completion
<br />was authorized and directed.

<br />COMPLETION - ADAMS/LINCOLN STORM DRAIN
<br />In consideration of the recommendation from the Public Works Department, the work of con-
<br />structin~ Adams Street/Lincoln Avenue storm drain, located on Adams Street 1,000 feet
<br />northwesterly of Lincoln Avenue at St. Lawrence Wash, by KIP Incorporated, was accepted
<br />as completed; and execution of the Notice of Completion was authorized and directed.

<br />COMPLETION - FAIRMOUNT PARK BY-PASS STORM DRAIN GROUT PIPE BEDDING AND DEXTER OVERLAY
<br />In consideration of the recommendation from the Public Works Department, the work of con-
<br />structing Fairmount Park by-pass storm drain grout pipe bedding and Dexter Drive overlay
<br />on Dexter Drive from Redwood Drive 2,000 feet westerly to the American Legion Hall, by
<br />IPS Services, Incorporated, was accepted as completed; and execution of the Notice of
<br />Completion was authorized and directed.

<br />TRACT .MAP 22641 - BETWEEN GRAMERCY AND NORWOOD WESTERLY OF PEACOCK
<br />The Faithful Performance Bond of Acadia Builders, a California Limited Partnership, as
<br />principal, and Insurance Company of the West, as surety, in the amount of $1,121,350;
<br />together with the Labor and Material Bond, executed by the principal and surety as list-
<br />ed above, in- the amount of $560,675; together with their Agreement guaranteeing the com-
<br />pletion of streets, curbs, gutters, and all other improvements described on the Final
<br />Map of Tract 22641, located between Gramarty Place and Norwood Avenue westerly of Pea-
<br />cock Lane, were approved and accepted.

<br />Resolution No. 16915 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, Accepting
<br />the Official Map of Tract 22641, consisting of four sheets, being a subdivision of a por-
<br />tion of Sections 9 and 10, T3S, R6W of Rancho La Sierra as shown on a map in Book 6,
<br />Page 70 of Maps, Records of Riverside County; together with the streets and easements as
<br />shown thereon; together with any variances as to lot area, building area or yard
