<br />A communication yes presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br />June 23, 1988, the Commission, b~ a vote of 5 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi-
<br />tions the request of Mobil Oil Corporation, st al., Zoning Case C-&9-878, for a condi-
<br />tional use permit to establish a self-serve gasoline station, mini-market and car wash
<br />on approximately three-quarters vacant acre of land situated on the easterly corner of
<br />Pierce Street and Hahnolin Avenue, in Zones M-2-S-2-X; and determined that the proposal
<br />vould no~ have a significanC adverse effect on the environment. It yes determined that
<br />the City Cotmcil would not set the matter for public hearing.

<br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br />June 23, 1988, the Commission, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi-
<br />tions the request of L.A. Cellular Telephone Company, et el., Zoning Case C-57-878, for
<br />a conditional use permit to establish an unmanned telephone facility with a 120-foot-
<br />high monopole with ten-foot vhip antennas as well as other appurtenant buildings and an-
<br />tennas in an established mini-storage facility on approximately 2.3 acres of land a:
<br />3230 Trade Cenner Drive, si=uated westerly of the 60/I-215 Freeway and northerly of
<br />Third Street, in Zones H-1 and WC; and determined that the proposal vould no~ have a sig-
<br />nificant adverse effect on the environment. It was determined =hat the City Council
<br />would not sec the matter for public hearing.
