The Planning Commission <br />Second <br />X <br />continued Planning Case P16 -0183 to the meeting of July 14, 2016. <br />All Ayes <br />Commissioner Rossouw recused himself from Planning Cases P15 -0783 <br />and P15 -0457 due to a conflict of interest and left the dais. <br />PLANNING CASES P15 -0783 and P15 -0457: — Conditional Use Permit <br />and Design Review - 3612 and 3630 Arlington Avenue <br />Proposal by Jim Sullivan of Woodcrest Christian School System to <br />consider a Conditional Use Permit and Design Review for the expansion <br />of Riverside Christian Day School to: 1) increase the student enrollment <br />to a maximum of 500 students; and, 2) install three modular classroom <br />buildings and construct a restroom facility. Sean Kelleher, Associate <br />Planner, presented the staff report. Jim Sullivan, Woodcrest Christian <br />School System Superintendent, stated they were in agreement with the <br />recommended conditions of approval. There were no comments from the <br />Motion <br />X <br />audience. Following discussion the Planning Commission recommended <br />Second <br />X <br />that the City Council: 1) Determine that this project is categorically <br />All Ayes <br />exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />per Section 15303 (new construction of small structures) and 15314 <br />(minor addition to schools) of the CEQA Guidelines; and 2) Approve <br />Planning Cases P15 -0783 and P15 -0457 based on the findings in the <br />staff report and subject to the recommended conditions. <br />Commissioner Rossouw returned to the dais. <br />X <br />Approved Planning Commission Minutes — May 19, 2016 Page 1 of 4 <br />
