All Ayes <br /> <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION <br /> <br /> CASE EPC-54-890 - PROPOSED GRADING PLAN - 2245 DA VINCI ., <br /> A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advisinE <br /> that, on March 14, 1990, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, determined that, <br /> although a proposed grading plan for a detached garage and level yard area related to an <br /> existin~ sinEle-family residence at 2245 Da Vinci Drive, generally situated on the north- <br /> erly side of Da Vinci Drive easterly of Hawarden Drive, could have a significant effect <br /> on the environment, there will not be a significant effect in this case if certain miti- <br /> gatin~ measures are required as part of the conditions of approval, Case EPC-54-890. <br /> The Commission's finding was upheld by the City Council. <br /> <br /> REVIEW OF PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION - SANTA ANA RIVER BIKEWAY - COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE <br /> A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising <br /> that, on March 28, 1990, the Commission reviewed the proposed Negative Declaration pre- <br /> pared by the County of Riverside for the construction of approximately three miles of <br /> the Santa Ana River Bikeway commencing easterly of the Union Pacific Railroad with Mar- <br /> tha McLean Anza Narrows Park extending westerly to the northerly terminus of Doolittle <br /> Avenue in both the City and County of Riverside; and, by a vote of '6 ayes to 0 noes, <br /> (1) concurred with the proposed Negative Declaration subject to recommended mitigation <br /> measures; and (2) requested that the recommendation be forwarded to the City Council for <br /> approval and, in turn, to the County of Riverside for their consideration.
