This <br />mrtion of Alessandro Boulevard borders properties commonly known as the Motorfair Proj- <br />ect. As heretofore directed by the City Council, the minutes of the City Planning Com- <br />mission and the Environmental Protection Commission pertainir~ to this case are on file <br />and are a part of the evidence submitted at this hearing, whether or not any portion <br />thereof is read or discussed. The communication from the City Planning Commission <br />stated that the Commission, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes, appro~ed~the proposed Spe- <br />cific Plan amendment, subject to the condition that the Legal Depanmant shall be re- <br />quested ~o prepare the necessary resolution within 30 days. The communication from the <br />Envirormaental Protection Commission advised that the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to <br />0 noes, determined that the proposed project would not have a significant adverse effect <br />on the environment. The Planning Director presented departmental recommendations, to- <br />gether with maps of the area. No one was present wishing to speak on the matter. No <br />written protests were presented. The public hearing was officially closed. It was de- <br />termined that the Specific Plan amendment would not have a siSnificant adverse environ- <br />mental effect; and the staff report and the environmental assessment were adopted as <br />findings. As heretofore directed by the City Council, the min- <br />utes of the City Planning Commission and the Enviroamental Protection Commission pertain- <br />in~ to this case are on file and are a part of the evidence submitted at this hearing, <br />whether or not any portion thereof is read or discussed.
