Petition for a zone change fr~ Zone <br />R-1-65 to Zoos C-2-X on the most northerly ten acres and Zones R-3 and R-3-S-1 on the <br />most southerly ten acres was granted on May 22, 1984; on October 15, 1985, the City Coun- <br />cil approved a zoning case split to allow independent development of ~he Zone C-2 and <br />Zone R-3 portions of ~he zo~ case; and this is the third request for a ~ime exten- <br />sion. This case Ms been active for five years or more and requires a public hearing <br />prior to granti~ a time extension. Requested variances <br />and deletion of conditions: (A) to delete the required ten-foot-wide landscape~ setback <br />adjacent to the School Circle frontage; (B) to delete the three-f~t-hiEh wall required <br />to screen the parki~ area fr~ properties across School Circle; and (C) to delete the <br />required d~nenta~ion to ~ su~itted prior to ~p recordation for PlanninE Department <br />and LeEal Department approval to assure mutual access for t~ress, eEress and/or parkinE <br />between the subject site and ~he proper~y to ~he sough.
