<br />audience. Mayor Pro Tempore ~ompson assumed the C~ir and presided.

<br />Case C-25-8~5 (Revised), for a revised conditio~l use pemi= for a previously approved
<br />25~unlt retirement center ~o alloy approximately 197 senior citizen apa~nt units on
<br />approximately 6.3 acres of land at 3941, 3951, 3955 and 3965 Polk Street, a portion de-
<br />veloped ~th residences and the remainder vacant, situated on the northeast side of Polk
<br />Street noahwesterly of Magnolia Avenue, in Zone R-1-65. As heretofore directed by the
<br />City Council, the minutes of the City Plan~n~ Co~ssion pe~ai~ ~o this case are on
<br />file and are a part of the evidence su~itted a= this hearinS, ~ether or not any po~
<br />tion thereof is read or discussed. The c~unica=ion from the City Plan~n8 Co~ission
<br />stated that the Co~ssion, ~ a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, approved the re~ueste~ re-
<br />~sed condi=io~l use petal=, subject =o the conditions listed in full in the at=ac~en=
<br />~o the c~u~ca=ion; de=emined =hat the project would not ~ve a siSnificant adverse
<br />en~ro~ental effect; and adopted the staff repo~ and the en~ron~ntal assess~nt as
<br />findin~s. Principal Pla~er Gutierrez preMnted a map of the area, rodether with aepa~-
<br />mental recomenda:ions. No pro~es=s, written or oral, were preMnred. There was a re-
<br />quest for clarification of a condition of approval from =he adjacent property o~er. ,
