The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the Flag. MINUTES The Minutes of the Meetings of November 13, 1990, were approved as submitted. The Chair recognized the presence in the audience of Sam Digati representing the Arling- ton Chamber of C~mnerce, Fred Butler representing the Magnolia Center Chamber of Com- merce, Catby Brostrand representing the Hunter Park-Nor~hside Chamber of Commerce and Ralph Salisbury representing the University-Canyon Crest Chamber of Commerce. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items, presented to the City Council on the Consent Calendar for considera- tion, were approved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate to each item. PURCHASING SERVICES MANAGER BID NO. 4678 - MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR PERSONAL COMPUTERS In consideration of the recommendation from the Purchasing Services Manager and the 1n- formation Systems Department, the bid of Riverside Doctor Micro, Inc., in the mount of ~29,528.97 for Option No. 2 (20 months), was accepted for providing maintenance service for personal computers and related hardware for the period November 1, 1990, through June 30, 1992. All other bids were rejected; and the Purchasing Services Manager was au- thorized to proceed with the purchase by Purchase Order. RELINQUISHMENT OF WATER EASEMENTS - TRACT 20986-14, PARCEL MAP 24041 A written report was submitted from the City Manager and the Administrative Services Di- rector, concurred in by the Public Utilities Director and the City Attorney, recommend- ing that the City Council approve the relinquishment of water easements retained by the City over Tract 20986-14 and affecting Parcel Map 24041, located in portions of Wimble- don Drive and Surrey Circle; and authorize execution of a quitclaim deed to the City of Corona, as requested. The recommendations were approved as presented; and execution of the Quitclaim Deed was authorized and directed. LICENSE TO CROSS RIVERSIDE WATER COMPANY CANAL AT 12500 INDIANA A written repor~ was submitted from the City Manager and the Administrative Services Di- rector, concurred in by the City Attorney and the Public Utilities Director, recommend- ins thaC the City Council authorize preparation and execution of a revocable license agreement to ~arold t. IDYLLWILD BRANCH LIBRARY - LEASE AGREEMENT A written report was submitted from the City Manager and the Administrative Services Di- rector, concurred in by the LibraT7 Director and the City Attorney, recommending that the City Council authorize execution of the lease agreement with Maureen M. Jones for the Idyllwild Branch Library under the terms described in the report. The recommenda- tion was approved as presented. RIVERSIDE COMMUNITY CENTER - LEASE AGREEMENT WITH RIVERSIDE-IMPERIAL COUNTIES EPILEPSY SOClETY A written report was submitted from the City Manager and the Administrative Services Di- rector, concurred in by the City Attorney and the Park and Recreation Director, recom- mending that the City Council (1) approve the request by the Riverside-Imperial Counties Epilepsy Society to lease the approximately 255 square feet of space in Room 112 in the Riverside Commnunity Center at the current rental rate of ~75 per month, effective Decem- ber 1, 1990; and (2) authorize the preparation and execution of a Lease Agreement.
