CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br /> <br />COUNCI LMEMBERS <br /> <br />Minutes of Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council \'~ <br />Date of Meeting: September 24, 1990 ~ ~\~ o <br />Time of Meeting: 9 A.M. ~\ ~ '\ ',, \~ ~, \, <br />Place of Meeting: Council Chamber, City Hall WARDS <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Mayor Frizzel called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />INTERVIEWS FOR OCTOBER 1ST BOARD AND COMMISSION VACANCIES <br />This being the time scheduled to begin interviews for City Boards and Commissions, the <br />City Council conducted interviews as follows: <br /> <br />Councilman Clarke excused himself at this time because of a possible conflict of inter- <br />est. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION <br />George Andrews, Eric Garner, John Herring, Kathy Koszalka, Jack Clarke, Jr., Parker <br />Pratt, Patricia Robertson, David Polcyn and Lindsay Pasarow were interviewed for appoint- <br />ment to the Environmental Protection Co.mission. <br /> <br />Jack Clarke, Jr., and David Polcyn were appointed to the Commission to serve four-year ~Motion <br />terms ending October 1, 1994; and Parker Pratt was appointed to serve the remainder of Second <br />a four-ye.ar term ending October 1, 1991. All Ayes <br /> <br />Further, Patricia Robertson was selected to serve as First Alternate, John Herring as ~Motion. <br />Second Alternate and Lindsay Pasarow as Third Alternate, each for a period of one year, Second <br />ending October 1, 1991. All Ayes <br /> <br />Councilman Clarke returned at this time. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL BOARD <br />June Foreman, Caroline Cachianes, Beverly Betliner, Paula Harrison, Alex Juarez, Frank- <br />lyn Knight, Joan Altman, Doris Paxton, Jerry Sanders, Theton Bursell and Que Osler were <br />interviewed for appointment to the Personnel Board. <br /> <br />Following completion of the interviews, the City Council appointed Doris Paxton to the Motion <br />Board to serve a four-year term ending October 1, 1994. Second <br /> All Ayes <br /> <br /> The City Council then selected Caroline Cachianes to serve as First Alternate and June Motion <br /> Foreman to serve as Second Alternate, each for a period of one year, ending October 1, Second <br /> 1991.
