As heretofore direc=ed by =he City Coun- <br />cil, the minu=es of =he Ci=y Planning C~ission pertai~ng to ~his case are on file and <br />are a par= of =he evidence su~i=ced a= this hearing, ~e=her or not any pot=ion thereof <br />is read or discussed. ~e comunica=ion from nhe City Plan~ng C~ission s=a=ed <br />~he Comission, by a vo=e of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved Zones RO-S-1, subjeer to the fol- <br />lo~n~ conditions: (1) ~ere s~ll be a =wo-year rime limit in which to sa=isfy the fol- <br />lo~n~ condi=ions and finalize ~his action. Subsequen~ one-year ~ime extensions ~y ~ <br />granted by the Ci=y Council upon reques= by ~he applican~. Any ex=ension of rime beyond <br />five years may only be ~ran~ed after an advertised public hearing by ~he Ci=y Council; <br />(2) Zoos R0-S-1 (Res=ricted Office and ~e-S~oU Heigh= of Buildings Combi~ Zones) <br />shall be applied; (3) In approvin~ =his case, it is found that this proposed proJec= is <br />consisten~ ~=h =he exisEing General Plan for =he Ci=y of Riverside based on subs=an~ial <br />evidence discussed in this repor=.
