BUDGET DISCUSSION Mayor Frizzel announced that discussion would continue on the Preliminary BudEe~ for the City of ~iverside for Fiscal Year 1991-92, as prepared and submitted by the City Manger, and noted the presence of members of the citizen's budSet adviso~ committee. Follo~ng brief remarks by Assistant to City Manger Tremont relative to ~itten rial distributed at this review session, the City Council continued its review of the proposed budSet. P~LIC ~ILITIES DEP~E Follo~ns a brief over~ew of the proposed budget for the Public Utilities Department by Assistant to City Manger Tremont, the Public Utilities Director reviewed the Depart- ment's 1991-92 goals, and ansired questions from the City Council and the budget advi- sory comittee. The Public Utilities Director also presented two Supplemental Budget Requests for consideration. Councilwoman Pearson was excused during the above discussion.
