<br /> Mayor Frizzel announced that discussion would continue on the Preliminary Budget for the
<br /> City of Riverside for Fiscal Year 1991-92, as prepared and submitted by the City Manager,
<br /> and noted the presence of members of the citizen's budget advisory committee.

<br /> AIRPORT DEPAETMENT
<br /> Following a brief overview of the proposed budget for the Airpert Department by Assis-
<br /> tant Co City Manager Tremont, the Airport Director reviewed the DeparCment's 1991-92
<br /> goals, and ansvered ques, tions from the City Council and the budget advisory committee.
<br />
<br /> FIRE DEPARTMENT
<br /> Following a brief overview of the proposed budget for the Fire Department by Assistant
<br /> to City Manager Tremont, the Fire Chief discussed goa~s and department policy issues,
<br /> and answered questions from the City Council and the budget advisory committee.
<br />
<br /> POLICE DEPAETMENT
<br /> Following a brief overview of the proposed budget for the Police Department by Assistant
<br /> to City Manager Tremont, the Police Chief discussed Department 1991-92 goals, and ans-
<br /> wered questions from the City Council and the budget advisory committee.

<br /> PARK AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
<br /> Following a brief overview of the proposed budget for the Park and Recreation Department
<br /> by Assistant Co City Manager Tremont, Cbe Park and Recreation Director discussed Depart-
<br /> ment goals and Other major policy issues, and answered questions from the City Council
<br /> and the budget advisory committee.
