<br /> pressed thanks to Ma~or Glen Gtlden for his good works in the cor~munfty, and the culmina-
<br /> tion of his leadership being realized by the new building located at First and Main
<br /> Streets.

<br /> A co~nuntcatlon was presented from the Clty Planning Commission advtslng that, on
<br /> April 18, 1991, the Commission, by a vote of 5 ayes to 0 noes and 1 abstention, approved
<br /> subject to conditions the request of Victoria Country Club, Zoning Case C-4-690 (~e-
<br /> vtsed), for a revised conditional use permit to remove the existing clubhouse and build
<br /> a new approximately 31,837-square-foot, three-story (maximum ~8-foot-htEh) clubhouse at
<br /> 2521 Arroyo Drive, situated on the north side of Arroyo Prtve and the east side of Vic-
<br /> toria Avenue, in Zone 0; and determined thac the proposal would not have a significant
<br /> adverse effect on the environment. The Commtsslon's approval ~as upheld by the City
<br /> Council.

<br /> A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br /> April 18, 1991, the Commission, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi-
<br /> tions the request of Fleetwood Homes of California, Inc., Zoning Case HP-1-678 (~e- e
<br /> vfsed), for a revtsed industrial plot plan to replace'an existing modular office build-
<br /> ing with a new approximately 3,696-square-foot modular offfce/lunchroom on approximately
<br /> 18.8 acres of land at 7007 Jutups Avenue, developed with manufacturing, warehousing and
<br /> storage facilities with related off-street parking and landscaping, situated at the ~
<br /> northwast corner of Jurupa and Wilderness Avenues, in Zone HP; and determined that the ~
<br /> proposal would not have a significant adverse effect on the environment. The Commts-
<br /> ston's approval was upheld by the City Council. "
