<br />re~sed conditional use pemit to establish a self-semite gasoline station ~th a mini-
<br />mart ~d oil and lu~ service, consisting of two buildings, off-street paring and land-
<br />scaping on approximately 6.31 acres of land developed ~th older non-confoming co~er-
<br />cial and outdoor storage uses at 262~ Alessandro Boulevard, situated on the north side
