Brian <br />Norton, Senior Planner, presented the staff report. Andrea Urbas, Corte], <br />Inc, representing Verizon Wireless, stated they were in agreement with <br />conditions except, condition 13 regarding graffiti removal within 24 hours. <br />Chair Manning suggested the applicant contact the City's graffiti removal <br />program for assistance in removing any graffiti in a timely manner. There <br />were no comments from the audience. Following discussion the Planning <br />Commission recommended that the City Council: 1) Determine that <br />Motion <br />X <br />Planning Case P15 -0945 will not have a significant effect on the <br />Second <br />X <br />environment based on findings set forth in the case record and <br />All Ayes <br />recommended the City Council exempt this project subject to Section <br />15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act; and 2) Approve Planning Case P15- <br />0945 based on the findings in the staff report and subject to the <br />recommended conditions, with the clarification that the equipment wall <br />enclosure match the existing Fire Station screen wall. <br />Chair Manning asked Public Works to provide the applicant with <br />information regarding the City's 311 service and the graffiti removal <br />program. <br />Approved Planning Commission Minutes — May 5, 2016 Page 1 of 3 <br />
