<br />CASE EPC-51-901 - PROPOSED RIGHT-TURN POCKET PROM SOUTHBOUND VAN BUREN TO WESTBOUND,
<br />RIVERSIDE FREEWAY
<br />A communiCatiOn was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising
<br />that, on January 23, 1991, the Commission, by a vote of 11 ayes to 0 noes, determined,
<br />that, although a proposal by the City of Riverside to add a right-turn pocket from south-
<br />bound Van Buren Boulevard to the westbound Riverside Freeway could have a significant ef-,
<br />fect on the environment, there will not be a significant effect in this case if certain,
<br />mitigating measures are required as part of the conditions, Case EPC-51-901; and recom-,
<br />mended that the City Council adopt a Negative Declaration. The Commtssion's finding was
<br />upheld by the City Council, and the Negative Declaration was adopted.

<br />TRACT MAP 21188 - NORT1TWESTERLY SIDE OVERLOOK, VICINITY OF GOLDEN STAR - RESOLUTION
<br />The Faithful Performance Bond of Hawarden view Estates, a California General Partner-
<br />ship, as principal, and Developers Insurance Company, as surety, in the amount of~,
<br />~887,500; together with the Labor and Material Bond, executed by the principal and'
<br />surety as listed above, in the amount of ~443,750; together with their Agreement guaran-~
<br />teeing the completion of streets, curbs: gutters, and all other improvements described~
<br />on the Final Map of Tract 21188, located on the northwesterly side of Overlook Parkway~
<br />in the vicinity of Golden Star Avenue, were approved and accepted. ~
