The Com- ~ssion's findi~ was upheld ~ the City Council, and the Negative Declaration was adopt- ed. CASE EPC-51-901 - PROPOSED RIGHT-TURN POCKET PROM SOUTHBOUND VAN BUREN TO WESTBOUND, RIVERSIDE FREEWAY A communiCatiOn was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising that, on January 23, 1991, the Commission, by a vote of 11 ayes to 0 noes, determined, that, although a proposal by the City of Riverside to add a right-turn pocket from south- bound Van Buren Boulevard to the westbound Riverside Freeway could have a significant ef-, fect on the environment, there will not be a significant effect in this case if certain, mitigating measures are required as part of the conditions, Case EPC-51-901; and recom-, mended that the City Council adopt a Negative Declaration. The Commtssion's finding was upheld by the City Council, and the Negative Declaration was adopted. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TRACT MAP 21188 - NORT1TWESTERLY SIDE OVERLOOK, VICINITY OF GOLDEN STAR - RESOLUTION The Faithful Performance Bond of Hawarden view Estates, a California General Partner- ship, as principal, and Developers Insurance Company, as surety, in the amount of~, ~887,500; together with the Labor and Material Bond, executed by the principal and' surety as listed above, in the amount of ~443,750; together with their Agreement guaran-~ teeing the completion of streets, curbs: gutters, and all other improvements described~ on the Final Map of Tract 21188, located on the northwesterly side of Overlook Parkway~ in the vicinity of Golden Star Avenue, were approved and accepted. ~ : Resolution No. 17680 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, Accepting', the Official Map of Tract 21188, consisting of four sheets, being a subdivision of', Lots 13 and 14, and portions of Lots 11, 12 15, 17, 19, 21 and 22 of Osborne Heights, as~ shown by map on file in Book 12, Pages 39 to 41, inclusive, of Maps, Records of River-~ side County, California, together with a portion of Section 12, T.3 S., B.5 W., S.B.M. 76-294
