<br />ZONING CASE C-3B-890 - CECELIA LANCE - SYCAMORE CANYON BUSINESS PARK
<br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on Detain-
<br />her 20, 1990, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi-
<br />tions the request of Cecelia Lance, Zoning Case C-33-890, for a conditional use permit
<br />to establish an approximately 9,000-square-foot fire station facility on approximately
<br />1.1 vacant acres of land situated within Sycamore Canyon Business Park on the east side
<br />of Sycamore Canyon Boulevard (proposed), northerly of Eastridge Avenue and westerly of
<br />Box Springs Boulevard, in Zone MP; and determined that the proposal would not have a sig-
<br />nificant adverse effect on the environment. The Connnission's approval was upheld by the
<br />City Council.

<br />ZONING CASE PRD-B-901 - REGIONAL PROPERTIES, INC. - EAST SIDE TRAUTw'EIN BETWEEN TRAUT-
<br />WEIN AND MISSION GROVE
<br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on Decore-
<br />bar 20, 1990, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi-
<br />tions the request of Regional Properties, Inc., Zoning Case PRD-B-901, to establish an
<br />approximately 650-unit planned residential development consisting of approximately 72 ef-
<br />ficiency, 208 one-bedroom, and approximately 370 ~wo-bedroom uni;s together with park-
<br />ins, private and common open space on approximately 57 vacant acres of land situated on
<br />the east side of Trautwein Road, between Trautwein Road and Mission Grove Parkway South
<br />(extended) approximately 500 feet southerly of Alessandro Boulevard, in Zones R-B-B0
<br />and WC; and determined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse effect on
<br />the environment. The Commission's approval was upheld by the City Council.

<br />CASE EPC-32-901 - PROPOSED SITE DESIGN AND GRADING PLAN - TENTATIVE TRACT 26109 AN~ ZON-
<br />ING CASE PRD-1-901 - OVERLOOK PARKWAY (EXTENDED)
<br />A communication was presented from the Enviroamen~al Protection Commission advising
<br />that, on November 14, 1990, the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, determined
<br />tha~, although a proposed site design and conceptual grading plan for Tentative
<br />Tract 26109 and Zoning Case PRD-1-901, the proposed development of approximately
<br />80. acres of land developed wi~h a City water reservoir, into 46 residential lots and two
<br />common open space lots encompassing approximately 28 acres, generally situated on both
<br />sides of the easterly terminus of Overlook Parkway (e~tended), in Zone RC, could have a
<br />significant effect on the environment, there will not be a significant effect in this
<br />case if certain mitigating measures are required as part of the conditions of approval
<br />of the project, Case EPC-32-901; and recommended that the City Council adopt a Negative
<br />Declarati'on. The Commission's finding was upheld by the City Council, and the Negative
<br />Declaration was adopted.
