Ralston, etc., et el., v. Jerry James Cholack, etc., et el., Riverside County <br /> Superior Court Case No. 200838. <br /> <br /> e RECESS <br /> iAt 2:30 p.m., following completion of the closed session, the City Council recessed; and <br /> reconvened at 3 p.m. with all Councilmembers present except Councilwoman Mansfield, and <br /> ;with Mayor Frizzel presiding. ~X~ <br /> ,. <br /> [PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL AT 3 P.M. <br /> <br /> [ZONING CASE C-30-656 (REVISED) - 6115 ARLINGTON - REVIEW - CONTINUED <br /> 3 P.M'.--Hearing was called on the request of Harvest Christian Fellowship, Zoning Case <br /> C-30-656 (Revised), for a revised conditional use permit to add an approximately <br /> 160-space parking area on approximately O.76-acre of land to an approximately 12-acre <br /> church and school facility at 6115 Arlington Avenue, situated on the northeast corner of <br /> ~Arlington Avenue and Nell Street, in Zone R-1-65. In conjunction with conditional use <br /> [ permit hearings, the City Council is authorized to grant variances to the Zoning <br /> Ordinance as deemed appropriate. This matter was set for public hearing by the City <br /> Council on November 5, 1991. Principal Planner Gutierrez advised that the applicant has Motion ~X~ <br /> requested a three-week continuance. Following a brief discussion, the hearing was con- Second ~X~ <br /> tinued to December 17, 1991, at 2 p.m. All Ayes <br /> <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> HIDDEN VALLEY WILDLIFE AREA WETLANDS PROJECT <br /> t The Public Works Director introduced Ms. Gall Briggs, Operations Manager at the Sewage <br /> Treatment Plant, who made an oral and slide presentation regarding the alternative of <br /> creating a wetlands in the Hidden Valley Wildlife Area as a means of removing nitrogen <br /> from the City Wastewater Treatment Plant discharge. Copies of a Draft Report prepared , <br /> by John Carollo Engineers regarding the Hidden Valley Wetlands Enhancement Project were <br /> distributed.
