<br />The Minutes of the Meetings of August 20 and 22, 1991, were approved as submitted.

<br />erside Chamber of Commerce, Rich Biber representing the Arlington Chamber of Commerce
<br />and Janice Newman representing the University-Canyon Crest Chamber of Commerce.

<br />ZONING CASE C-26-590 (REVISED) - LUTHERAN CHURCH OF THE CROSS - 8775 MAGNOLIA
<br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br />August 8, 1991, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi-
<br />tions the request of Lutheran Church of the Cross, Zoning Case C-26-590 (Revised), for a
<br />revised conditional use permit to add a modular classroom structure on approximately
<br />five acres of land at 8775 Magnolia Avenue, developed with a church, situated on the
<br />northwesterly side of Magnolia Avenue southwesterly of Monroe Street, in Zones R-1-65
<br />and P; and determined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse effect on
<br />the envirormment. The Commission's approval was upheld by the City Council.

<br />ZONING CASE C-9-645 (REVISED) - EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN IMMANUEL CHURCH - 5545 ALESSANDRO
<br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br />August 8, 1991, the Commission, by a vote of 5 ayes to 2 noes, approved subject to condi-
<br />tions the request of Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel Church, Zoning Case C-9-645 (Re-
<br />vised), for a revised conditional use permit to add a preschool on approximately 4.9
<br />acres of land at 5545 Alessandro Boulevard, developed with a church, situated at the
<br />northwesterly corner of Alessandro Boulevard and Gloucester Way, in Zone R-1-125; and de-
<br />termined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse effect on the environ-
<br />ment. The Commission's approval was upheld by the City Council.

<br />ZONING CASE C-2-912 - ROBERT HINTON - 5445 INSPIRATION
<br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br />August 8, 1991, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi-
<br />tions the request of Robert Hinton, Zoning Case C-2-912, for a conditional use permit to
<br />establish an auxiliary dwelling unit (granny flat) on approximately 0.5 acre of land at
<br />5445 Inspiration Drive, developed with a single-family residence, situated at the east-
<br />erly terminus of Inspiration Drive, in Zone R-1-125; and determined that the proposal
<br />would not have a significant adverse effect on the environment. The Commission's
<br />approval was upheld by the City Council.

<br />ZONING CASE MP-1-912 - HAROLD L. ANDPEWS - 8198MAR VISTA
<br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br />August 8, 1991, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi-
<br />tions the request of Harold L. Andrews, Zoning Case MP-1-912, for an industrial plot plan
<br />consisting of an approximately 12,416-square-foot industrial building, landscaping and
<br />related off-street parking on approximately 0.74 vacant acre of land at 8198 Mar Vista
<br />Court, situated at the southwesterly terminus of Mar Vista Court, in Zone MP; and deter-
<br />mined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse effect on the environment.
<br />The Commission's approval was upheld by the City Council.

<br />ZONING CASE 0-3-745 (REVISED) - CITY OF RIVERSIDE - BRYANT PARK
<br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br />August 8, 1991, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi-
<br />tions the proposed plot plan of the City of Riverside, Zoning Case 0-3-745 (Revised), to
<br />install an approximately 1,440-square-foot modular building and establish a child care
<br />center at Bryant Park, situated on the southerly side of Philbin Avenue easterly of
