Michael Kohn and Chris Miller, the City's new Man- <br /> ~agement Assistants. <br /> <br /> ~The Chair recognized the presence In the audience of Dick Perry representing the River- <br /> side Chamber of Co.w, erce, Sam Digati representing the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, <br /> Fred Butler representing the Magnolia Center Chamber of Commerce, Chuck Chandler repre- <br /> senting the Hunter Park-Northside Chamber of Commerce and Rufus Barklay representing the <br /> Downtown Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br />,The following items, presented to the City Council on the Consent Calendar for constdera- <br />Ition, were approved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate to each item. <br /> <br />! <br /> <br /> CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />=ZONING CASE C-17-734 (REVISED) - CARL KARCEER ENTERPRISES, INC. - 10010 MAGNOLIA <br />}A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />}June 20, 1991, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi- <br />~ttons the request of Carl Karcher Enterprises, Inc., Zoning Case C-17-734 (Revised), for <br />ea revised conditional use permit to establish a second drive-through window to serve an <br />! <br />eexisting Carl's 3r. restaurant at 10010 Magnolia Avenue, situated at the south comer of <br />~Magnolia Avenue and Ross Street, in Zone C-2; and determined that the proposal would not <br />~have a significant adverse effect on the environment. The Commission's approval was up- <br />Sheld by the City Council. <br />! <br />~ZONING CASE C-29-901 - PENTECOSTAL HOLINESS CHURCH - 5871 TYLER <br />~A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />}July 3, 1991, the Commission, by a vote of 5 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi- <br /> tions the request of Pentecostal Holiness Church, Zoning Case C-29-901, for a condi- <br /> tional use permit to add an approximately 912-square-foot modular classroom structure on <br /> approximately 0.59 acre of land at 5871 Tyler Street, developed with a non-conforming <br /> church and related off-street parking, situated on the east side of Tyler Street north- <br /> erly of Campbell Avenue, in Zone RR; and determined that the proposal would not have a <br /> significant adverse effect on the environment. The Commisslon's approval was upheld by <br /> the City Council. <br /> <br /> ZONING CASE C-39-901 - PIETRO CIANCIULLI - 1001 ALESSANDRO <br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />July 3. 1991, the Commission, by a vote of 5 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi- <br />tions the request of Pietro Cianciullt, Zoning Case C-39-901, for a conditional use per- <br />imit to establish an automotive lube and tune facility on approximately 1.83 acres of <br />iland at 1001 Alessandro Boulevard, developed with a recently constructed shopping cen- <br />ttar. situated at the southeast corner of Barton Street and Alessandro Boulevard. in Zone <br />iC-2; and determined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse effect on the <br />~envtronment.
