Brian Norton, <br />Senior Planner, presented the staff report. Mr. Norton stated a letter and <br />phone call were received in support of the project. A letter in opposition <br />and a letter from AQMD were also received. A copy of the letters as well <br />as the response to AQMD was distributed this morning.
