No one was present wishing to speak on <br />the matter. No written protests were presented. Following discussion, the public <br />hearing was officially closed. The City Council (1) introduced an ordinance revising <br />Section 3.30.030 establishing a recovery level for the services introduced; (2) <br />introduced an ordinance revising Section 13.12.070 to provide for permit expiration as <br />requested in the written staff report; and (3) adopted a resolution establishing a <br />schedule of fees and charges for various City services (a.k.a. Fees and Charges <br />Resolution) and repealing Resolution No. 19259 and all amendments thereto, all to be <br />effective July 1, 1999; whereupon, ordinances entitled, "An Ordinance of the City of <br />Riverside, California, Amending Section 3.30.030 of the Riverside Municipal Code <br />Relating to Fees and Service Charges by Amending Subsection A. to Revise Certain <br />Service Designations, to Provide for the Revised Percentage of Cost Recovery for <br />Certain City Services and to Establish the Cost Recovery Levels for Other City <br />Services Not Previously Established, All in Response to the Annual Cost Control <br />Study," and "An Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California, Amending Chapter <br />13.12 of the Riverside Municipal Code By Replacing, In Its Entirety, Section 13.12.070 <br />to Place a One Year Expiration Date on Certain Excavation Permits," were presented <br />and introduced. Further, Resolu-tion No. 19476 of the City Council of the City of <br />Riverside, California, Establishing <br /> <br />a Schedule of Fees and Charges For City Services, and Repealing Resolution No. <br /> <br />84-306 <br /> <br /> <br />
