Council Chamber, City Hall Roll Call: Councilmember Loveridge is attending the National League of Cit- ies Conference in Washington, D.C. PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL AT 8 A.M. JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY - SUBLEASE AGREEMENT - LORING OFFICE BUILDING - CONTINUED 8 A.M.--In consideration of the written recommendation of the City Manager, the Deputy Development Director and the Executive Director of the Redevelopmerit Agency, the joint public hearing of the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency to consider a Sublease Agreement with the Greater Riverside Chambers of Com- merce for space leased by the Redevelopment Agency located on the third floor of the Loring Office Building situated at the northwest corner of Seventh and Main Streets was continued to March 16, 1993, at 8 a.m. RECESS At 8:10 a.m. the City Council recessed to 8:45 a.m. for a report from Chairman Kane of the Board of Administrative Appeals and Zoning Adjustment. REPORT FROM THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS AND ZONING AD- JUSTMENT As determined by the City Council, this is the time scheduled for presentation of the report from the Board of Administrative Appeals and Zoning Adjustment. Following presentation of the report from Chairman Kane relative to Board activities during the past year and other issues, questions from the Mayor and City Council were answered; and the City Council thanked Ms. Kane for her report.
