OF EXTENSION OF OLD BRIDGE <br /> A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on Jan- <br /> ua~ 21, 1993, the Comdssion, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi- <br /> tions the request of Chino Hills Enterprises and Yang-Cha~g Hong, Case VC-007-923, to va- <br /> cate various 1911 Act easements located ~thin Tentative Tract Maps 23663 and 23664, <br /> situated northerly of Overlook Parkway westerly of the extension of Old Bridge Road; and <br /> datemined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse effect on the environ- <br /> ment. The Public Works Department was requested to furnish the necessary legal descrip- <br /> tion, and the Legal Department was authorized to prepare the appropriate resolution for <br /> City Council consideration to set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br /> E~IROM~ PROTECTION CO~ISSION <br /> <br /> CASE EP-039-923 - PROPOSED MODULAR ~IT AT BRY~T P~ <br /> A comunication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising that, <br /> on January 28, 1993, the Commission reviewed a proposal by the City of Riverside to in- <br /> stall a triple-wide modular unit at Bryant Park to be used as a child care center for <br /> the Arlanza area; and, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, datemined that a Finding of No <br /> ~ignificant Impact (FONSI) can be made; and that the project will not significantly af- <br /> fect the quality of the h~an environant, Case EP-039-923. The Commission's finding <br /> was upheld by the City Council. <br /> <br /> PRC~SING SERVICES ~AGER <br /> <br /> BID NO. 4976 - FI~ STATION C~PETING - V~IOUS LOCATIONS <br /> In consideration of the recomendation from the Purchasing Services Manager and the Ad- <br /> ministrative Services Department, the bid of Fair Price Carpets, Inc., in the ~ount of <br /> ,6,313, was accepted for furMsM~ all labor, materials and equipment for the work of <br /> installing new catering at Fire Station Nos. 2, 3, 5 and 9. All other bids were re- <br /> Jected, and the bonds submitted dth said rejected bids were released from further lia- <br /> bility; the City Attorney was required to prepare the necessary contract; and execution <br /> of the contract was authorized and directed upon approval by the City Attorney of the re- <br /> quired perfo~ance bonds. <br /> <br />78-326 <br /> <br /> <br />
