Ms. Jones took photographs of the Mayor and each Councilmember <br />to assist her class in painting the portraits. <br /> <br /> Steve Gibson, Director of the Riverside Downtown Association, and Bill Dougall, Historic <br /> Resources Director, discussed the Riverside Historic Downtown Walking Tour map, pub- <br /> lished by the Riverside Downtown Association--copies of which were distributed to the <br /> City Council and the audience. Further, the Historic Resources Director presented a sta- <br /> tus report and showed slides relative to bronze plaques for City landmarks; and showed a <br /> sample plaque to the City Council. <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> The following items, presented to the City Council on the Consent Calendar for considera- <br /> tion, were approved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate to each item, with <br /> the exception of the report relative to conditional use permit fees for Tigon Industries <br /> which was continued for one week. <br /> <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION <br /> <br /> CASE EP-028-923 - PROPOSED GRADING PLAN - 1126 CORONET <br /> A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising that, <br /> on January 14, 1993, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, determined that the <br /> proposed grading plan for a tennis court on an approximately .6-acre lot located at <br /> 1126 Coronet Drive (Tract 7427, Lot 21), currently developed with a single-family resi- <br /> dence and swimming pool, generally situated southwesterly of Alessandro Boulevard and <br /> southeasterly of Overlook Parkway, in Zones HR and WC, will not have a significant ef- <br /> fect on the environment because Mitigation Measures have been required; and recommended <br /> that the City Council adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration, Case EP-028-923.
