There was no one in the audience requesting <br />Second <br />X <br />to speak to the continuance. The Planning Commission recommended <br />All Ayes <br />continuance off - calendar as requested by the applicant. <br />Commissioner Teunissen recused herself from the following case due to <br />a conflict of interest as she owns property on Van Buren Boulevard and <br />left the dais <br />PLANNING CASE P15 -1030 — Conditional Use Permit— 4375 Van Buren <br />Blvd. <br />Proposal by Andrew Lemmer, TerWisscha Construction, Inc. to consider <br />a Conditional Use Permit to establish a Veterinary Clinic in an existing <br />6,058 square foot commercial building. There were no Comments from <br />the audience. Andrew Lemmer, TerWisscha Construction, stated they <br />were in agreement with the recommended conditions. Following <br />Motion <br />X <br />discussion the Planning Commission recommended that the City Council: <br />Second <br />X <br />1) Determine that Planning Case P15 -1030 is categorically exempt from <br />All Ayes <br />the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act per Section <br />15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines and; 2) Recommend <br />Approval of Planning Case P15 -1030 based on the findings in the staff <br />report and subject to the recommended conditions with the addition of a <br />new condition 6, recommended: "The Applicant shall install and maintain <br />a video monitoring system to prevent graffiti acceptable to the Riverside <br />Police Department ". <br />Commissioner Teunissen returned to the dais at this time. <br />X <br />Approved Planning Commission Minutes — February 18, 2016 Page 1 of 2 <br />
