CITY OF RI~_~(SIDE <br /> <br />Minutes of Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />Date of Meeting: August 3, 1993 <br />Time of Meeting: 9 A.M. <br />Place of Meeting: Council Chamber, City Hall <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />The Invocation was given by Arnold Hassler, Salvation Army. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the Flag. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the Meeting of July 27, 1993, were approved as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />The Chair recognized the presence in the audience of Romayne <br />Chinnock representing the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, Ed <br />Fuhrman representing the Hunter Park-Northside Chamber of Com- <br />merce, Marjorie yon Pohle representing the La Sierra Chamber <br />of Commerce and Rick Clark representing the Magnolia Center <br />Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />The following items, presented to the City Council on the Con- <br />sent Calendar for consideration, were approved by one motion <br />affirming the actions appropriate to each item. <br /> <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />CASE PW-013-923 - IMRE KALINCSAK - 1500 QUADRILLE/9350 EQUES- <br />TRIAN <br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commis- <br />sion advising that, on July 8, 1993, the Commission, by a vote <br />of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to conditions the re- <br />quest of Imre Kalincsak, Case PW-013-923, to waive the filing <br />of a parcel map to adjust the common property line between two <br />vacant parcels of land at 1500 Quadrille Court and 9350 Eques- <br />trian Drive, situated on the southwest side of Quadrille Court <br />southerly of Equestrian Drive and westerly of Van Buren Boule- <br />vard, in Zone RA. The Commission's approval was upheld by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION <br /> <br />CASE EP-046-923 - LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AND GRADING PLAN - <br />1500 QUADRILLE <br />A communication was presented from the Environmental Protec- <br />tion Commission advising that, on July 15, 1993, the Commis- <br />sion, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes, determined that a lot <br />line adjustment (Case PW-013-923) and grading plan to accommo- <br />date a single-family residence on Lot 10 of Tract 18212, an <br />approximately 2.8 acre-lot, located at 1500 Quadrille Court, <br />will not have a significant effect on the environment because <br />Mitigation Measures have been required; and recommended that <br />the City Council adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration, Case <br />EP-046-923.
