Campbell, Life <br />Community Church. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the Flag. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the Meeting of July 6, 1993, were approved as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />The Chair recognized the presence in the audience of Nick Gold- <br />ware representing the Riverside Chamber of Commerce, Robin <br />Ontiveros representing the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, Steve <br />Reeves representing the Hunter Park-Northside Chamber of Com- <br />merce, Marjorie yon Pohle representing the La Sierra Chamber of <br />Commerce, Nancy Battin representing the Magnolia Center Chamber <br />of Commerce and Gerald Cornelison representing the University- <br />Canyon Crest Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br />Councilmember Loveridge entered at this time. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />The following items, presented to the City Council on the Con- <br />sent Calendar for consideration, were approved by one motion <br />affirming the actions appropriate to each item; with Council- <br />member Clarke requesting his vote be shown as "Not Voting" on <br />Case EP-048-923 because it is reasonably foreseeable that the <br />decision will have a material financial effect on an interest <br />in real property. <br /> <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />PARCEL ~AP 27763 - GOLDEN AND CAMPBELL <br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission <br />advising that, on June 17, 1993, the Commission, by a vote of <br />8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to conditions the proposal <br />of the City of Riverside, Parcel Map 27763, to divide approxi- <br />mately 24 acres of land developed with one single-family resi- <br />dence, to remain, into approximately two parcels for residen- <br />tial and open space purposes, situated at the southwesterly <br />corner of Golden and Campbell Avenues, in Zone RC; and deter- <br />mined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse <br />environmental effect. The Commission's approval was upheld by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS AND ZONING ADJUSTMENT <br /> <br />ZONING CASE VR-101-923 - DANIEL A.
