CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br /> <br />Minutes of Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />Date of Meeting: April 2, 1996 <br />Time of Meeting: 9 A.M. <br />Place of Meeting: Council Chamber, City Hall <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />The Invocation was given by Councilmember Clifford. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the Flag. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the Meeting of March 26, 1996, were approved <br />with a correction to Page 81-321 regarding the Youth Strategic <br />Plan, referring this item only to the City Council Community <br />Services and Youth Committee rather than to the Committee and <br />City Manager.
